In 2011 my wife and I took a few weeks off of work and traveled to Alaska. Our roaming around took us to Skagway where we found an artist carving his works. I was totally blown away by his mammoths carved in ancient ivory. I bought my first piece of art that day and since have bought 8 more. His name is Eddie Lee and his thought of what goes into his work is just amazing. It almost has me believing his thoughts come from a distant time and guide his hands. I visit his web site often and hope to be able to add to my collection.
