Product description

This wildlife scene is a piece you can admire up close discovering all of the animals that include bears, salmon, eagle, wolf, Alaskan dall sheep, and a moose. These intricate animals are carved from a piece of fossilized mammoth tusk dating back 10,000 to 100,000 years old. The coloration is natural and unique from the minerals it has soaked up buried in the Alaskan earth. This is one of Eddie's favorite mediums to work in as it can support the detailed carving and has rich variation in color.

Sculptures are hand carved by Eddie Lee in his Pacific Northwest studio. Every carving is one of a kind, individually carved. The sculpture you see pictured is the exact one you will receive. Every fine art piece is hand signed by the artist and includes a certificate of authenticity, which describes the art piece and has a short biography of master sculptor, Eddie Lee.

Wow, the details Eddie Lee puts into all his work is amazing. We had purchased a Guanyin sheep horn a few years ago and both love his work. We were not disappointed with this sculpture. It works perfectly next to our Eddie Lee sheep horn - adding another dimension. I can't express how stunning the work of Eddie Lee is.
